For a baking pan of 26cm:
We put all the ingredients for the dough into the mixer and we mix well with the feather. We put the dough in a buttered form of 28 cm in diameter and we roll it out by pressing to cover its walls. We preheat the oven to 160 ° C. We put all the ingredients for the filling in the mixer except the cocoa and we mix well with the wire. We keep ¼ of the filling to which we add the cocoa. We put half the mixture in the center of the form and over it half of the mixture with the cocoa. We repeat the process and gently shake the mold to spread the mixture. We bake at 160 ° C for 60 minutes.
