1956 The first juicing company in Greece was founded by citrus producers and winemakers in Chania. The main purpose of its creation was the selection, juicing, and vinification of commercially unavailable agricultural products. The company is housed in a privately owned plot of 9,000 m2 and invests in building and mechanical equipment.

1964 The company becomes anonymous under the name of BIOXYM S.A. (Juice and Wine industry) with main shareholders the Agricultural Bank and the Agricultural Cooperatives of Chania.
