Whole-grain olive bread with feta cheese
I put all the ingredients for the dough into the mixer and I knead with a hook until it becomes a soft dough. I mix the olives with onions, mint, parsley, feta and olive oil. I divide the dough into two parts and I roll out a thin sheet. I apply a little filling on each sheet and I wrap it in a roll, I sprinkle with sesame seeds. I put them in an oiled baking pan and I bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
