Sweet bread with cranberry and tahini
In a bowl, we dissolve the yeast with the juice and half of the sugar and we leave aside for 20 minutes. In the mixer bin, we pour the rest of the ingredients (except the cranberries) and add the mixture to the yeast and knead. In the end, we also add cranberry. We place it in a rectangular form with non-stick paper and we bake it at 170 ° C for 1 hour.
