Samali (Semolina cake in syrup)
In a bowl, we mix all the ingredients very well. We butter a pan (30 cm) and we spread the mixture. We bake at 200 degrees Celsius until it browns. In a saucepan, we put all the ingredients for the syrup to boil. The syrup is ready once it foams.
When the dessert cools down a bit, it must drink all the syrup.
