Raisin Buns
We beat the olive oil well with the sugar. We dissolve the soda in a little orange juice and we add it to the mixture with the olive oil.
We dissolve the ammonia in a little orange juice and we mix it with the mixture. We add cinnamon, raisins and almonds and we mix. Slowly we add the sifted flour and we stir until the dough sticks out of the walls. On a floured table, we make thick wicks and we cut them diagonally to make them like a diamond. We put them on a baking dish with a baking sheet and we bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
