Raisin bread with honey
We put the flour with the salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. We add the lukewarm water into which we have dissolved the yeast and the honey and we start kneading. We add the olive oil and the orange juice and we continue kneading until we get a soft dough. At the end, we add the raisins (which we have soaked in orange juice) and we incorporate them into the dough. We let it rest on an oiled surface for 45 minutes. We chop, we mold and we place in an oiled pan. We sprinkle with sesame seeds and we leave in a hot and wet place to expand for another 45 minutes. We bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
