Easter Bread
In a utensil, we mix the milk (lukewarm), 100 g. sugar, yeast, and 500 gr. flour. We let the mixture to expand. In the mixer bin, we whip up the rest of the sugar and the eggs. Then we add the butter and then the infused mixture and the other ingredients of the recipe. We divide the mixture into four pieces and place them on round, non-stick paper. We leave them covered until their volume doubles and we bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.
