Οlive pies with fresh spearmint

We prepare the dough and then we let it rest. In a bowl, we mix all the filling ingredients. We open the dough in medium thickness and we cut it into 25x10cm strips. We put the filling on each strip, close it and we turn the dough into a snail shape. We bake in a preheated oven.
