Greek semolina halva with orange, coconut and almond
We put in a pot all the ingredients for the syrup and we let it boil for about 5 minutes. In another pot, we put the extra virgin olive oil and the semolina so as to roast for some minutes. When the syrup is ready, we gradually put it in the mixture with olive oil and the semolina and we mix in low temperature until the mixture thickens. In the end, we add the coconut and the almond fillet. We put it in a mold until it cools.
