Fasting Cookies with Tahini
We preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a bowl, we stir the sugar, tahini, and half of the oat drink with the wire. We stir well to dissolve sugar. In a glass, we mix the remaining oat drink with the baking soda and we pour the mixture into the bowl. We add cinnamon, carnation, nutmeg, and orange zest. Then we add half of the flour and knead with our hands. We slowly pour the rest of the flour until a soft, ductile dough is formed. We put the cookies on sticks. balls, cookies, or in another shape of our choice. We dive them, one by one, into a bowl of oat drink and then we pass them through another bowl of sesame seeds so that the sesame sticks to our cookies. We transfer them to a baking sheet paneled with labels. And we bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
