Easter Bread with Cranberry, Carob syrup, Apple and Nuts
We put in a pot of milk the sugar and the eggs and when the sugar melts we add the sunflower oil. In a pan, we melt the yeast with water and then we add the mix of the saucepan and the remaining ingredients. We knead and we leave the mixture covered for 2 hours. We divide the dough and roll it out on a rectangular sheet. We sprinkle all filling materials on the sheet and we roll. With the compound on the downside, we leave it two more hours to expand, we spread with egg yolk and we bake at 160-170 ° C for 30 minutes.
