INGREDIENTS

500 gr MILLS OF CRETE Soft flour
160 gr Soft black sugar
200 ml Natural Orange Juice Creta Fresh
25 ml MILLS OF CRETE petimezi
65 gr melted butter
50 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tsounato ABEA
2 tsp ginger powder
1 spoon grated fresh ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp soda

We mix the solid ingredients together. We do the same with the liquid ingredients and then we mix them to form a soft dough. We let the dough rest and we open it making a medium thickness sheet. With a cookie cutter, we form cookies and we bake them at 180˚C until they get a golden color.
