5 egg whites
200 gr sugar
100 gr Soft flour MILLS OF CRETE
100 gr white grated almond
1 piece of grated orange
4 drops Mandarin Essential Oil BIOXYM
1 teaspoon grated ginger
one pinch of cinnamon and one pinch of clove

We hit the butter in the mixer until it dries. We add the eggs slowly. We lower the speed and we add the remaining materials. We bake on non-stick paper at 180C for 20-22 minutes. Once it is cooked and still warm, we cut it into the shape we want.
