Christmas cookies with ginger and almond

We hit the butter in the mixer until it dries. We add the eggs slowly. We lower the speed and we add the remaining materials. We bake on non-stick paper at 180C for 20-22 minutes. Once it is cooked and still warm, we cut it into the shape we want.
