Cake with sweet yellow pumpkin, raisins, cardamom and ginger
I sift the flour with all the spices. In the bowl of the mixer, I whip up at moderate speed with wire all the wet elements. I add the grated pumpkin, and slowly the flour. I homogenize my mix and finally, I add the raisins. I put my mixture in a cake form that I first butter and I sprinkle lightly with flour. Then I cook in a preheated oven at 170 for about 45 minutes. I can sprinkle with caster sugar, or I can sweeten it with chocolate, or even I can even sugarcoat my cake for a more unique food style.
