800 gr Cake and Muffin Flour MILLS OF CRETE
100 gr water
100 gr Orange Juice CRETA FRESH
170 gr Olive Oil Refined
300 gr candied fruits of our liking
30 gr cognac

We mix in a bowl the candied fruits with cognac and we leave for 15 minutes. Then we mix all the ingredients together until the dough is homogenized. We place in a cake form and we bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes.
